No contract required. No minimum spend.

What you get

The full contingent workforce lifecycle in one system

Built on a proprietary, cloud-based platform. Not white-labeled, not outsourced, and supported entirely by SourceNow employees.

01

Saaji AI agentic intelligence

Post job orders, query headcount, or find spend reduction opportunities through voice or text prompts, with no manual report building.

02

Requisition and approval workflows

Guided intake forms by role, configurable sequential or parallel approval chains, and routing by department, cost center, location, or exception. Every action is time-stamped.

03

Rate governance

Rate cards by role, location, and labor category with version control. Hard caps block over-rate submissions before they happen.

04

Timekeeping and inverted invoicing

Timesheets flow in from your time clock, mobile geolocation punch-in, or biometric options. The VMS generates the invoice from approved timesheets instead of accepting agency-submitted bills.

05

Compliance automation

Requirements configured per role with expiration monitoring and automated alerts. Workers can be hard-blocked from starting until requirements are met.

06

Real-time analytics

Live dashboards for workforce spend, vendor performance, and compliance, with raw CSV export for ERP and BI ingestion.

07

Specialized healthcare VMS

Locum tenens scheduling, credential verification, and clinical workforce management for healthcare organizations.

08

Mobile-first and global

Full functionality on any device, with multi-language and multi-currency support. No client-side installation.

The shift

10 to 25 agencies. Zero visibility.

If you run contingent labor across multiple sites without a system, this is what it looks like.

The old way

  • ×Every agency bills at different rates and invoices on its own schedule
  • ×HR and operations spend hours each week chasing paperwork and reconciling invoices
  • ×No one can say what the actual markup is on any bill rate
  • ×Finance has no reliable number to put in the budget
  • ×No way to tell which agency performs and which one does not

The SourceNow way

  • ✓One platform for requisitions, workers, invoices, compliance documents, and bill rates across every location
  • ✓Invoices generated from approved timesheets, which eliminates rate creep and invoice disputes
  • ✓Hard rate caps block over-rate submissions at the system level
  • ✓Supplier performance tracked on fill rate, time-to-fill, compliance accuracy, and invoice accuracy
  • ✓A single point of accountability for the whole contingent workforce lifecycle

Answers

The questions every buyer asks

How much does SourceNow cost?+

Nothing to you. SourceNow operates on a vendor-funded model. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. In most programs, clients see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year, even after the agency fee is factored in.

If the agencies pay for it, won't they raise my rates?+

The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates. It does not get added on top. This is a standard model in contingent workforce management. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so the net effect is lower total spend even after the agency fee is accounted for.

Is there a minimum spend or volume requirement?+

No minimums. We work with companies running 50 concurrent workers and $10M in annual contingent spend up through $1B programs. The model scales in both directions.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No long-term contract is required. Most clients stay because the program delivers value, not because they are locked in.

Are integrations included or do they cost extra?+

All integrations are included at no additional cost. That covers design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance, including Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau. The only exception would be highly customized middleware that falls outside standard API development.

How long does implementation take?+

Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. For companies with active participation and limited initial integrations, we can accelerate to go-live in 4 to 8 weeks. We have done it in four weeks for straightforward programs.
